Online ADHD Therapy

By Kristen McClure, MSW, LCSW | Telehealth ADHD Therapy for Women

You've probably tried a lot of things. Planners that worked for a week. Apps you forgot to open. Advice that made sense in theory and collapsed the moment your brain decided it wasn't happening. Maybe you've tried therapy, too — and walked away feeling like you'd failed at that as well.

Online ADHD therapy, done right, is different. Not because it has a magic fix, but because it meets you where you are — literally and figuratively.

Online ADHD Therapy for Women

I'm Kristen McClure, LCSW. I offer neurodiversity-affirming therapy for women with ADHD via secure telehealth across North Carolina and South Carolina. All sessions are online — no commute, no parking, no waiting room. Just you, your space, and a therapist who understands how ADHD actually works in women's lives.

Why Telehealth Works Well for ADHD

There's a specific irony in ADHD making it hard to get to therapy. The scheduling, the driving, the remembering, the transitions — all of it requires the exact executive function that ADHD depletes. Telehealth removes most of those barriers.

  • No commute. Log in from your home, office, or car — wherever you have privacy.
  • Easier to be consistent. Consistency is often the hardest part of ADHD treatment. Telehealth lowers the friction.
  • Access to a specialist. You're not limited to whoever is closest to your zip code. You can work with someone who actually specializes in ADHD women.
  • Flexible scheduling. Sessions available at times that work around your life.

Who I Work With

I work with women with ADHD — particularly those who are newly diagnosed, have been masking for years, are dealing with burnout, or have co-occurring anxiety, trauma, or depression. I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.

My Approach

My work is grounded in the Flourish Empowerment Model — a neurodiversity-affirming framework built specifically for women with ADHD. Rather than trying to make you function like a neurotypical person, we work with your brain: understanding it, accommodating it, and building a life that fits who you actually are.

Services

  • Individual therapy — 55-minute sessions, $110
