What Happens After You Reach Out
- You send a short inquiry. Use the form above, or email me if you prefer. Include your state, your insurance plan if you want to use it, and a few sentences about the support you are seeking.
- I respond within 1–2 business days. I will tell you whether I have availability and whether I am able to work with your insurance plan.
- We decide on the next step. If my practice appears to fit what you need, I will explain how to schedule and what to expect from the telehealth process.
Fees and Insurance
Individual sessions are 55 minutes and cost $110. Most BCBS plans are accepted, and superbills are available for out-of-network benefits. You can review fees and insurance details or learn about individual and group ADHD therapy before reaching out.
A Note on Availability
Availability changes. If I am not accepting new clients when you contact me, I will tell you directly. When possible, I can share other places to look, although I cannot guarantee that another provider has openings or accepts your insurance.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with women with ADHD, including women who were diagnosed later in life, have spent years masking, or are navigating burnout, rejection sensitivity, anxiety, or traumaneurodivergent-affirming and pays attention to the environment, relationships, demands, and supports around you rather than treating every struggle as an individual failure.
I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and see clients via telehealth only.
