Taking the First Step
If you're here, something brought you — maybe exhaustion, maybe a recent diagnosis, maybe years of wondering why everything feels harder for you than it seems to for everyone else. Whatever it is, I'm glad you found your way.
I work with women with ADHD across North Carolina and South Carolina via secure telehealth. All sessions are online, so you can work with me from wherever you are in either state.
How to Reach Me
The easiest way to connect is through my Psychology Today profile, where you can read more about my approach and send me a message directly:
You can also reach me by email at kristenlynnmcclure@gmail.com.
What Happens After You Reach Out
- You send a message — just a few sentences about what's going on and what you're looking for is plenty.
- I respond within 1–2 business days — I'll let you know if I have availability and we'll find a time to connect.
- We start from there — no pressure, no long forms, just a conversation.
A Note on Availability
I have limited availability and work with a small caseload intentionally — so I can be fully present with the women I work with. If I don't have an opening right now, I'll let you know and can point you toward other resources while you wait.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with women with ADHD — particularly those who were diagnosed later in life, have spent years masking, or are navigating burnout, rejection sensitive dysphoria, anxiety, or trauma alongside their ADHD. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
I am licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina and see clients via telehealth only.
