The Importance of Good Habits

Good Habits are important to help us to be mentally healthy (and physically too). I am not talking about habits like making your bed or eating fruit ( although those are good ones too). I am referring to habits like being aware of how
you think, how it influences how you act, and being aware of how that impacts depression and anxiety. Scientists have been studying them for a while now, but most religions had laid them out for us a while ago.

This page will link you to other pages where you can learn about the importance of good mental and behavioral habits that are likely to help you feel better so you can combat depression and anxiety.

Some of these habits have to do with how you treat yourself and some have to do with how you look at and interact with the world and others. Please check back as I am adding to this page daily.
