Worried about my 3 year old

I have a daughter who I am rather concerned about. I've read through all these questions and she has some in common with a lot of them but there is one thing that just doesn't fit, and that is anger. My daughter doesn't really go into fits of rage. She does destroy, she hits, she doesn't listen or pay attention well and doesn't know how to communicate her feelings very well, but when she's misbehaving she really just...almost doesn't even seem to care. Punishments don't really seem to have an effect on her because she doesn't feel that what she did was wrong in the first place. She's also EXTREMELY unpredictable. When I give her a plate of food for dinner, she's just as likely to throw it on the floor as she is to eat it. As I have bipolar myself, I was diagnosed as Bi-Polar 2 when I was 15, I am very concerned about this and want her diagnosed as early as possible so she doesn't have a childhood like I did. I had negative emotions almost all the time when I was little and didn't know why, and I don't want her to have to deal with that. So any advice you could give me would be appreciated.

Thank you!
