Single mother parenting a child with depressive disorder

Hi. I'm a 40 year old single mother of three children, ages 19, 15 and 12...all at home. My twelve year old was recently diagnosed with depressive disorder after transforming into a very angry and aggressive child four months ago. Day to day, sometimes hour to hour, I don't know what to expect from her. She is taking Zoloft, 50mg once a day and we participate in an intense multi-systemic therapy three times a week. I'm a full time student, I take 12credit hours at the local community college while my children are in school, and I work part-time as a hairstylist, Fridays and Saturdays. Because of the need to reorganize our life to accommodate my daughter's illness and treatment, I've thought about taking time off work. Do you think I'm jumping the gun?
