Therapists and psychologists don't have supernatural powers. We are trained to create relationships, foster safety and trust, and teach people how to help themselves. We are also trained to interpret and utilize research. Something you can do too. Research has been done to determine what interventions and strategies are most effective for childhood anxiety treatment, treatment of bipolar disorder in children, and treatment of anxiety and depression in adults. Through this website, I will share some of what I have learned about the treatment of these conditions. I created this website for my clients and for others who want information about how to best help themselves and their children.

Educating Yourself is Important

Whether you are seeking information or treatment for child bipolar disorder, childhood anxiety treatment, or help with your own depression or anxiety this website will be useful to you. Are you worried that your child has anxiety? In this website you will find that childhood anxiety treatment, for example, is one of the most commonly and successfully treated of all childhood diagnoses. This website will help you to identify kinds of anxiety in your child, learn about medication for child anxiety , and understand where anxiety comes from. It will also help you to learn what kind of childhood anxiety treatment and parenting techniques are helpful for child social phobia, separation anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder.

Childhood Bipolar Disorder and Depression

Childhood anxiety treatment has been studied and the results have been well documented. The same cannot be said of childhood bipolar disorder. As a result of my work with bipolar disorder in children, I fully understand the challenges my clients face when seeking help for this disorder. Parents often struggle to get an accurate diagnosis, and understand the different symptoms in toddlers and the symptoms in children. Once an accurate diagnosis is received, parents then struggle with acceptance.

I understand how complicated and frustrating it can be for parents to get the information and professional help you need to make decisions that are in the best interest of your child. Poor treatment advice, disrespectful treatment providers, and inappropriate or even harmful treatment plans and medications can have devastating effects on families seeking help. Special techniques are required to parent your bipolar child or parent your a bipolar teen. Professionals often tell you you are doing something wrong and that is why your child is sick! They may misdiagnosis your teen with borderline personality disorder, especially if they are cutting themselves.

Your child may not be able to be educated in a public school setting and you might need help deciding whether to home school your child. You may be unhappy with the medications suggested by your child's doctor and wonder if there are natural remedies for bipolar disorder in children or ways you can modify your child's diet to help with bipolar disorder. Perhaps you are interested in learning about why children and adolescents with bipolar disorder are so creative.

Here you will also find information on child depression, adult depression and depression in teens.

Bipolar disorder in children is an illness that requires a high level of professional support and the collaboration of treatment providers that the patient and their family can trust. This disorder also often requires many medication trials that must be monitored carefully. As with any mental health issue, the more you learn about the disorder, the better equipped you will be able to advocate for yourself or your child.

Although this is my business website, I also want this site to provide assistance, support and information to people who may not live in this area. Please explore the website links on treating childhood anxiety treatment if you think your child is struggling with anxiety. If you wonder if your child is depressed or may have child bipolar disorder or a mood disorder educate yourself about bipolar disorder in children and it’s treatment. If you are an adult suffering from anxiety or depression I hope this website will provide some help for you as well.
