does my child have bipolar

i have a 4 year old child that throws temper tantroms that can last for hours.she will be fine one minute and then i will tell her no about something and she will start throwing things, hitting, kicking, jumping up and down, yelling, and screaming at me. the only way to get her to stop is to give her what she wonts. What do i do?
